Company History

"Doing" the Internet since 1994!

Nivindel, LLC's services were originally provided as a small sub-set of services of Magpage Internet Services, Inc. (Magpage). Magpage was founded in February, 1994 in Wilmington, Delaware and grew to be one of the largest regional Internet Service Providers in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

Magpage provided a variety of services including nationwide dialup service, virtual web site hosting, server collocation, and a variety of dedicated high speed access methods including ISDN, DSL, T1, T3, and OC-3 connectivity. Magpage pioneered a number of technologies that many larger organizations rolled out years after our innovations had taken footing including Web Control Panels, Live Web Site Statistics, Spam Filtering Technology, and Online Customer Control Panels and Billing.

In its later years, Magpage specialized in high-end managed collocation in our secure network management centers for Fortune 500 customers including Citigroup, Bank One, EI du Pont de Nemours, MBNA, Cigna, Citibank, Gannett, and Unisys.

When Magpage Internet Services, Inc. was sold in February of 2003, the owners moved to beautiful Lakeside, Montana (approximately 60 minutes South of Glacier National Park) and founded Nivindel, LLC to continue where Magpage had left off, and to concentrate on areas outside of the crowded access provider market.

Nivindel, LLC was founded in October, 2003, and continues in Magpage's tradition of providing high-quality customer-oriented services. We operate as problem-solvers and solution-finders rather than offering a suite of black-box products that exist statically without the opportunity to fine-tune and customize for our clients.

We invite you to explore how we can help your organization become more efficient and more profitable!
