Nivindel's remote support option allows our staff to troubleshoot your network, data servers, and desktop computers over your existing high speed internet connection. We provide a small, easy to install application which will function through existing firewalls and/or your dynamic IP address configuration.
Our software is guaranteed to be spyware, adware, and virus free. It doesn't create or alter any existing registry entries, and can be easily removed at any time.
For servers running Unix, we provide remote system administration support via SSH.
