Nivindel’s remote support application allows our staff to troubleshoot computers, servers, tablets, smart phones, routers and most other network connected devices over your existing internet connection.

Our app is a customized version of TeamViewer’s QuickSupport software and will function through existing firewalls and/or your dynamic IP address configuration.

TeamViewer is guaranteed to be spyware, adware, and virus free. It doesn’t create or alter any existing registry entries, and can be easily removed at any time.

For servers running Unix, we provide remote system administration support via SSH.
